How to Register

All SCAMPS registration is handled through our iClass Pro Customer Portal. Follow these steps to get started:

1

Create an Account

Visit the iClass Pro Customer Portal and create a family account. You will need to provide parent/guardian information and add each child who will be participating.

Each participant needs an active annual membership ($50/year). This membership includes Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha membership and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3

Select Your Class

Browse available classes, view schedules and availability, and select the class that fits your athlete's age, skill level, and schedule. You can see real-time availability in the portal.

4

Monthly tuition is automatically drafted on the 21st of each month for the following month. For example, payment drafted on September 21st covers October classes.
Prorated Tuition
If you join mid-month, your first payment will be prorated to reflect the number of classes remaining in the current billing period.
Failed Payment
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period to update your payment information. Continued failure to pay may result in class suspension.

Class Policies

Drop Requests

To drop a class, you must submit a drop request through the SCAMPS office. Drop requests must be received before the 14th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. Verbal or informal requests are not accepted. Please contact the office directly.

Refund Policy

Monthly tuition is non-refundable once drafted. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. If a class is canceled by SCAMPS, a credit or refund will be provided. Medical refund requests require a doctor's note and are handled on a case-by-case basis through the office.

Class Transfers

Transfer requests between classes (change day, time, or level) must be submitted through the office. Transfers are subject to availability and may require coach approval for level changes. There is no fee for transfers.

Make-Up Classes

One make-up class per session is available for missed classes. Make-ups must be scheduled through the office and taken within the same session. Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be at the same skill level.

Behavior Policy

Athletes are expected to listen to coaches, respect fellow students and equipment, and follow all safety rules. Disruptive behavior will be addressed with the parent/guardian. Repeated issues may result in dismissal from class without refund.

Dress Code

Girls: Leotard required. Hair must be securely pulled back. Boys: Athletic shorts and t-shirt. All athletes: Bare feet (no socks). No jewelry, zippers, buttons, or loose clothing that could catch on equipment. Appropriate dress is required for safety.

Health & Safety

Please keep your child home if they are ill, have a fever, or have a contagious condition. Notify the office of any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies that may affect participation. Athletes with casts, braces, or injuries may need a doctor's release before returning to class.

Pickup Policy

Parents/guardians are responsible for picking up their child promptly at the end of class. Children must be signed out by an authorized adult. If someone other than the authorized guardian is picking up, the office must be notified in advance.

Viewing Policy

Parents and spectators are welcome to watch classes from our designated viewing windows. Entry onto the gym floor is not permitted during class time for safety reasons. Free Wi-Fi is available in the viewing area.
