Our competitive programs develop elite athletes through intensive training, expert coaching, and USAG-sanctioned competition at local, state, regional, and national levels.
Invitation Only
Team placement is by invitation and coach evaluation only. Athletes are identified through our recreational class program based on skill development, work ethic, and competitive readiness. Girls Competitive Team
Two pathways to competitive gymnastics: the traditional Junior Olympic (JO) Development track and the Xcel program offering flexible competition options. From developmental Supertots through elite-level competition.
Tumbling & Trampoline Team
Compete in three dynamic events: rod floor tumbling, double mini trampoline, and regulation trampoline. Athletes develop power, air awareness, and competitive routines at local, state, and national levels.
