Please complete the form below to request a refund for a sports registration. Refund requests must be submitted before the first game of the season. A $3 processing fee applies to all approved refunds. Requests submitted after the season has begun will not be processed.
Important: Approved refunds are typically processed within 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been reviewed by the Sports Department.

- Jersey/uniform costs are non-refundable once distributed.
